Hola Compadres!  We're back and we're rarin to go here in 2008.  Things are definitely a bit slow here in the beginning of the year but that's normal.  We're seeing typical winds out of the North on many days but its all good, especially due to the fact that we're proud to announce the opening of "Smokey's Grill & Cantina" sometime in the Spring!  Notice how I've learned to protect myself with what I announce?  I didn't say the Spring of any particular year!  Now we're good no matter when we open.  If we open this Spring, we're golden.  If we open next October, I'm early for the Spring of 2009.  If we open the Spring of 2009, I'm right on time.  It's nice being on Mexican time amigos, it really is.  Take care and we hope you find your backside in Smokeys for a coldie sometime soon!
